We have warranties that make sure that you go through a wonderful gadget experience while offering you complete satisfaction. Most of the items that are sold by us come under the following warranties. If unlikely you do not fall under this warranties, please check the warranty exemptions as well as notes mentioned below.

45 day money back guarantee
For most of the products, in unexpected cases that the product is defective, you can return it for refund or product exchange within 45 days of its delivery. Note that no reimbursement for return shipping is available in this situation.
1 year repair warranty
Unless otherwise mentioned on the product page, the product warranty period by default is 1 year beginning from the date the product is delivered, during which period you will be eligible for any free repair. Such free repairs must be confirmed with the related manufacturer through customer service. Customers are liable to make payment for shipping fees if they return the product accordingly and we will be covering all shipping fees for sending the repaired product back to you. If as a buyer you damage or misuse the product, it will be considered ineligible for any free repair. But customers can always return the product at their own expense and then pay the needed repair fee. In such cases the shipping fees for return will be the responsibility of the customers.
If your product is having any issue, at first submit your ticket to the Support Center. Carefully follow all the warranty process for reducing delays.
- Describe the issue with your product in details such as what, when and how it happened. State the complete order number as well as product code.
- Let us know the steps you have taken for resolving the problem.
- Give us the item code that is indicated on the outside of the packaging.
- Send us a comprehensible photo or a video that will show the defect. Take the photo or video under sufficient lighting.
Missing and wrong products or inaccurate order sent

- Send a clear photo of the outer package, every shipping label that is visible as well as the item delivered if applicable.
- If any product is missing, we will be resending the missing product for free if it is within the warranty period.
- If the wrong product is shipped, we will be refunding you completely or dispatching an alternative product if it is applicable as well as available. We will be deciding if you require to return the wrong item and then compensate the shipping fee for return when we get it from you.

- PayPal refund will be taking up to 2 days for processing and appearing in the account.
- Any credit card refund will be taking between 7-14 working days for appearing in the account. The delay will entirely depend on the credit card company as well as any intermediate.
